Our Story
Alican Aktaş became a founding partner of the "DA Partners" firm in 2018, focusing on "Citizenship by Investment" for the Chinese market. Alican Aktaş realized the "Capital Garden" residential project in Ankara under the name DA Partners A.Ş, one of the leading organizations of the Chinese market in Turkey. He is the founding president of the "Turkish Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation" (土耳其华人华侨慈善基金), which was established to develop bilateral relations between China and Turkey. Alican Aktaş started providing online and offline training on real estate, investment expertise, and industry knowledge to real estate consultants under the name "DA Partners Academy" for local and foreign real estate markets.
By changing the classic traditional Real Estate understanding in Turkey, he aims to train educated, well-equipped, innovative, and entrepreneurial Real Estate experts who can use today's technology in the sector with the motto of "New generation Real Estate."
Our Founder
Born in Izmir in 1986, Alican Aktaş is married and a father of two. He graduated from Ankara University, Department of Sinology (Chinese Studies), and began his career in the hospitality and tourism industry in the People's Republic of China, aiming to attract 25,000 Chinese tourists to Turkey annually.
